Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account: first name, last name, email address, and optionally your Discord username. If you sign up or log in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. When you submit a purchase for verification: the receipt file you upload, the order details you enter, and the email address associated with that purchase. When you request a gift card redemption: the delivery email you provide.

How we use it

To operate your account and rewards balance, verify purchases, process redemptions, prevent fraud (this includes storing a one-way hashed device fingerprint and the IP address seen at signup, which we compare across accounts to detect duplicate or linked accounts; we don't store raw fingerprints), and — only if you've opted in via the signup checkbox — to send you news and special offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in those emails, or by asking us directly; this does not affect transactional emails related to your account (like password resets or redemption confirmations).

What's shown publicly

Two parts of this site display member activity publicly: the leaderboard, and the scrolling activity ticker at the top of every page. Both show a handle taken from the part of your email address before the "@" — never your full email address, real name, or any other detail — alongside the prop firm, the number of accounts purchased, and points earned. Members who finish a month in a top leaderboard position also keep a permanent recognition badge next to that handle. If you'd rather not appear at all, email us and we'll exclude your account.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your data with the prop firms listed on this site beyond what's inherent in you using their discount code (they see that a purchase used our code, same as any affiliate program). We don't store payment card details — redemptions are fulfilled through a third-party gift card provider, and account purchases you make with prop firms happen entirely on their site, not ours.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences such as your light/dark theme choice. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics or ad networks on this site.

Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they necessarily receive some data in the process:

• Google — if you choose "Sign in with Google," Google handles that authentication and shares your name and email with us. We also load fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Cloudinary — stores the receipt files you upload.
• Tremendous — fulfils gift card redemptions; receives the delivery email you provide and the amount.
• Cloudflare — serves this website and delivers our transactional email.
• Render and Neon — host our application and database.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We don't sell data to any of them or to anyone else.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed afterward for fraud prevention, tax reporting where legally required, and dispute resolution.

Your choices

From your account page you can update your name and Discord username, set a separate gift card delivery email, turn marketing emails on or off, change your password, and enable or disable two-factor authentication.

Marketing emails also carry an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing never affects transactional emails about your own account, such as password resets, receipt decisions, and redemption confirmations — those continue for as long as you have an account.

For anything you can't do yourself — changing the email address you log in with, requesting a copy of your data, or deleting your account and its data entirely — email support@getpropfirmrewards.com and we'll action it. We verify login email changes rather than allowing them in-app, because an unverified change would let anyone with access to your session move the account, and your points, to their own inbox.

Deleting your account forfeits any unredeemed points. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion and of prior fraud signals where we're required to, or where it's necessary to prevent abuse of the rewards program.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we'll remove it and the associated data.
