1. What this site is

Prop Firm Rewards lists discount codes for partnered prop trading firms and runs a points-based rewards program: purchase an account through a partnered firm using our code, submit proof of purchase, and earn points redeemable for gift cards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any prop firm listed on this site beyond an independent affiliate/referral relationship.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, earn points, or redeem rewards. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. You need an account to earn or redeem points. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person — accounts found to be duplicates of the same person, or created to abuse the referral or rewards program, may be flagged, frozen, or terminated, with points forfeited.

3. Points

Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for anything other than the gift card catalog offered on this site. Point values, redemption rates, and bonus amounts are set at our discretion and may change at any time — a change in rate never affects points you've already earned, only future activity. Points are provisional (on hold) for a period after being earned, matching the relevant prop firm's own refund window; if the underlying purchase is refunded or reversed, corresponding points are clawed back, including from your redeemable balance if already spent.

4. Verification

Purchases are verified from receipts you submit, and/or cross-checked against data we obtain directly from a firm's affiliate program where available. We may reject a claim we can't verify, request additional documentation, or reverse points already awarded if a claim is later found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Points are only earned on purchases made through our referral link or discount code. That commission is what funds the points, so a purchase the firm doesn't attribute to us generates nothing to pay forward. When you submit a claim you confirm that you used our link or code for that purchase, and that confirmation is recorded with your submission.

We reserve the right to reject any claim where our link or code was not used, and to withhold or reverse points on such claims. Repeatedly submitting claims for purchases made without our link or code — or confirming that you used it when you did not — is grounds for suspension or termination of your account under section 12, with points forfeited. Submitting a claim in good faith that turns out not to have been attributed to us is not treated as abuse; we'll simply decline it and tell you why.

5. Redemptions

Redemptions are fulfilled as gift cards, never as cash, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. A minimum point balance applies before you can redeem, shown on your account dashboard. Redemptions may be reviewed before fulfillment, particularly for larger amounts. We limit total redemptions per person to $599 in any calendar year.

6. Referral program

Your referral code can be shared with others. When someone signs up using it, both you and they receive a bonus, credited once, at signup. Referral bonuses are subject to the same fraud review as any other points activity — self-referral, or referrals involving accounts controlled by the same person, are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and other account action.

7. Leaderboard & recognition

The leaderboard ranks members by verified account purchases and points earned. Appearing on it, including finishing in a top position in any month, is recognition only — it does not award points, gift cards, cash, or any other prize, and no purchase gains you an entry into a contest or drawing. Members who finish a month in a top position keep a permanent badge on their profile and leaderboard entry. We may change how the leaderboard is calculated or displayed, and we may exclude or remove entries associated with fraud, duplicate accounts, or reversed purchases.

8. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to purchase any prop firm account or to trade any instrument. We are a discount code and rewards site, not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we are not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA, or any other financial regulator.

Trading is high risk and most retail traders lose money. Prop firm evaluation fees are generally not refundable once a challenge has begun, passing an evaluation does not guarantee funding or a payout, and prop firms may change their rules, suspend payouts, or cease operating. Your decision to purchase an account is yours alone.

9. Third-party firms

Partnered prop firms are independent businesses. We don't operate them, control their rules, hold their funds, process their payments, or have any authority over their decisions about your account, your evaluation, or your payouts. Your purchase and any resulting relationship is directly between you and that firm, governed by their terms. If a firm refuses a payout, changes its rules, suspends your account, or shuts down, that is a matter between you and them, and our points program is separate from and unaffected by any obligation they may owe you. We earn a commission when you purchase through our codes, and we may add or remove firms at any time.

10. Availability & no warranty

This site and the rewards program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that points balances or leaderboard figures will always be accurate, or that any particular gift card brand or denomination will remain available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or any part of it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, or losses arising from your dealings with any prop firm or from your trading activity. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to this site or the rewards program will not exceed the greater of the value of unredeemed points properly credited to your account at the time the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse of the rewards or referral program, or violation of these terms. Points in a terminated account are forfeited.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
